How do I get an email address with my domain name in it?

I would like to get an email carrier with my domain name in it, instead of me checking it on their site I just want to have one that would forward it to my primary address, any suggestions?

  1. Get a hosting service that includes mail boxes!

  2. you need to ask your hosting/domain provider to create for you a mailbox on their server. if you have own domain, and/or own hosting, you should install own mailserver to process emails. the third way are just to buy online required email domain for your emails, and, by the way, yahoo offers this service too :) you will get a box like: yourname@yourdomain.com for a few $/month.

  3. Go with http://www.domaincityhosting.com
They have forwarding (automatically goes to your primary address.)

  4. If you can check your email on their site, you can probably set it up in a mail client on your computer.

If you are looking for an email that has your domain name in it, then you can probably create the email account yourself, provided that you have hosting as well as a domain. Most hosting providers are pre-configured to let you create at least a few email accounts. Once created on the server, you can setup a mail client so that you don’t have to check it in your web browser.

If you want your new email account to forward to some other email account, you can create the new account and then set up email forwarding for it, which tells your server to pass any email coming into that account on to another account.

All three of these things should be perfectly doable with any decent host.
